I saw the camera that you won. I don't know too much about that camera, but you won't be able to use the microphone because sound super-8 film is not sold anymore (although sometimes you can find outdated sound film on ebay).

If you come up with choices before the auctions end the forum can probably give you our opinions on which cameras we like and which ones we like less.

I just bought my first super 8(off ebay like 30 mins ago). I just wanted some info off the start, im sure i'll learn plenty on my own and do lots and lots more research in the future, but I just want a little jump start on the over subject: basic operation, where to buy supplies, etc. etc. The camera I bought I belive was a "Bell & Howell Super 8 Movie Maker". I am going around to the thrift stores tomarrow, and am going to buy up what ever I see. They only go for a few dollars a piece so it is not a huge loss if they do not work. So any info would be helpful at this starting point. Thanks Tony
